In most cases, yes. Found First works best when we control the website’s structure, hosting and publishing. We look at what you have first and keep anything that’s working.
What automation is included?
Every plan includes a CRM and pipeline, online booking, missed-call text-back, automatic follow-up by text and email, and review requests. Growth and up add AI chat; Scale and up add AI voice answering.
Can I just use the software myself?
Yes. Found First Self-Serve is $297/mo. You get the full platform with its built-in templates and AI tools to build your own website, workflows and marketing. It’s self-serve only, with no setup, training or support. Text, calling and AI usage is billed on top.
Who hosts and manages the website?
We do. Managed hosting and ongoing website management are part of every Found First plan.
Do I keep my domain?
Yes. You keep ownership and control of your domain. We manage the website and hosting under the terms of the service agreement.
Do you still check how I show up in Google and AI?
Yes. We check on a regular schedule and include it in your reporting so you can see progress. But most of your plan goes into building: pages, content and systems.
Can you guarantee Google or AI will recommend me?
No. No agency can guarantee placement in Google results or AI answers, and we don’t control any platform’s rankings or recommendations. We build what gives your business the best legitimate chance.
